Different people - common values
The Russian LGBT Network is an interregional, non-governmental human rights organization that promotes equal rights and respect for human dignity, regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity. We unite and develop regional initiatives, advocacy groups (at both national and international levels), and provide social and legal services.

Psychological help

The Russian LGBT Network provides free psychological help to the members of the LGBT+ community, their families, and friends throughout Russia.

Our helpline 8 (800) 555-73-74 is open daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Moscow Time. The helpline services are provided by qualified psychologists. All calls within Russia are free.

Our online psychological help chat is available at chat.lgbtnet.org. The service is provided by qualified psychologists.

Free psychological counseling sessions are available in the cities where we work with psychologists.

Also, anyone can receive psychological counseling online (via email or Skype).

The Russian LGBT Network regularly organizes events to prevent activism burnout for LGBT+ activists. As a rule, such events are held for the members of the LGBT community and volunteers.
